All pieces are available and ready-to-ship. Each piece is handmade and framed individually. Subtle variations or minor imperfections are part of the process and are not considered damage.
If your piece arrives with significant damage, please email within 48 hours with photos of the piece and packaging. I’ll review and determine the best next step.
